Stop adding to it temporarily
If the pile is growing faster than listings are going live, reduce sourcing for a short period. New finds feel productive, but they can hide the bottleneck.
Triage by value and effort
Sort items into quick wins, high-value items, research-heavy items, and low-priority items. Start with products that can create meaningful progress quickly.

Use a minimum viable listing standard
Your listing still needs to be accurate and useful, but it does not need endless polishing. Good photos, a clear title, correct condition, and a market-based price move the item forward.
Give every item a storage location
Once listed, record where the item lives. A sale is not complete operationally if you cannot find the item when it is time to ship.
Prevent the next pile
Track how many unlisted items you have and set a personal limit. When you hit that limit, listing becomes the priority before more sourcing.
