Group access is handled after Pro signup and requires a Facebook account and admin approval. Access ends when your paid Pro membership expires.
THE DETAILS, WITHOUT THE GUESSWORK.
Creating a new listing uses one listing credit. Editing, reprocessing, publishing, scheduling, or relisting that same listing does not use another credit. Duplicating an item creates a new listing and uses a credit when activated. Imported eBay accounting inventory does not use new-listing credits. Failed processing refunds the reserved credit.
Free includes 10 new listing credits each calendar month, with no rollover. Pro adds 200 credits at the start of each paid monthly billing period, based on your subscription renewal date.
Unused monthly Pro credits stay available for one additional billing cycle, with a maximum of 400 included credits. For example, if you use 150 of your 200 credits, the remaining 50 can carry into the next cycle alongside your next 200, giving you 250. The carried-over 50 expire at the end of that additional cycle if unused. Credits that expire sooner are used first.
Active Pro subscribers can buy 50 extra listing credits for $14 or 150 for $35. Packs are one-time purchases, never expire, and are separate from the 400-credit included balance cap. Free accounts cannot purchase packs.
You can cancel future renewals through Plan & listings on the website. Pro remains active through the end of your paid period, then your account returns to Free. Unused monthly Pro credits expire when Pro ends. Purchased listing credits remain on your account. Access to the private Facebook community ends when your paid Pro membership expires.
The private group is a benefit for active GrimLister Pro subscribers, not Free accounts. Group access is handled after Pro signup and requires a Facebook account and admin approval. Your GrimLister account email is used to verify membership. The group is for reseller discussion, tips, wins, and feedback. Technical, billing, and account questions go to support@grimlister.com.
Yes. Both plans include the core listing, inventory, accounting, planning, and Grimmy tools shown in the comparison. Free has a smaller monthly listing allowance. Pro adds more listing credits, one-cycle rollover, the ability to buy extra packs, and access to the private reseller community.
Pro is billed monthly only. Sign up, upgrade, buy listing packs, and manage billing on the website. The iPhone app is a companion app with no in-app subscription checkout. iPhone access is currently through TestFlight by invitation and is not guaranteed by choosing Pro.
Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. eBay fees, postage, and other selling costs are separate from your GrimLister subscription. You need an eBay seller account to publish or schedule on eBay.
