1. Using GrimLister
These terms apply to the GrimLister website, apps, and related services (the “Service”). “GrimLister,” “we,” and “us” refer to the operator of the Service. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use GrimLister for a business, you confirm that you have authority to agree on its behalf.
2. Your account
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account and for connecting only marketplace accounts you are entitled to manage.
3. Listings and seller responsibilities
GrimLister helps prepare listings, organize inventory, manage authorized marketplace activity, and organize seller records. AI-generated titles, descriptions, categories, item specifics, prices, and other suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect. Review and verify the details before publishing or scheduling a listing.
You remain responsible for your items, listing accuracy, intellectual property rights, pricing, shipping, returns, buyer communications, taxes, and compliance with marketplace rules and applicable law. Automated actions you enable, including scheduling or relisting, operate according to your settings. Marketplace fees may apply separately.
We do not guarantee sales, profits, search placement, item authenticity, or uninterrupted marketplace access. Accounting reports and educational content are tools for your own review, not professional tax, legal, or financial advice.
4. Plans, charges, and renewal
Available plans, prices, taxes, and included features are shown in the Service and at checkout before you purchase. Paid features become available after a successful payment is confirmed. Free features and early-access features may have limits.
A monthly subscription renews automatically each month at the price disclosed at checkout, plus applicable taxes, until canceled. By completing a subscription purchase, you authorize the recurring charges disclosed at checkout. We will give advance notice of subscription price changes and an opportunity to cancel before the new price applies.
For purchases identified as sold through Link, Stripe provides merchant-of-record services through Link. The payment terms shown at checkout also apply to that transaction. GrimLister remains your contact for product support.
5. Listing credits
- The Free plan includes 10 listings per calendar month. Unused free listings do not roll over.
- The Pro plan includes 200 listings per paid billing period. Unused included listings roll over for one additional billing cycle, with a maximum included balance of 400.
- Eligible active Pro accounts can purchase additional listing packs. Purchased listing credits do not expire and remain on your account after a subscription ends.
- Creating and successfully processing a new listing uses a listing credit. Failed processing restores the reserved credit. Editing, reprocessing, publishing, scheduling, or relisting an existing listing does not use another credit. Activating a duplicate as a new listing uses a credit.
- When a Pro subscription ends, unused included Pro credits expire and the account returns to the Free plan. Listing credits are for use in GrimLister and are not money or transferable payment instruments.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a subscription at any time through the billing management options in the web app or, for eligible purchases, through Link. Cancel before your next renewal to stop future renewal charges. Unless the cancellation confirmation states otherwise, Pro access continues through the end of the paid billing period. Deleting the app or stopping use does not cancel a subscription.
If you cannot access the cancellation controls, contact support@grimlister.com for help. To request a refund, send your account email, receipt or order details, and the reason for your request. Requests are reviewed individually, including any service issue and usage associated with the purchase. Cancellation alone does not automatically issue a refund.
For purchases sold through Link, you may also request assistance from Link support. Applicable Link payment terms and mandatory refund or cancellation rights continue to apply. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
7. Your content and privacy
You retain your rights in photos, descriptions, and other material you provide. You give GrimLister permission to host, process, and transmit that material as needed to provide the features you use, including generating listing suggestions and sending authorized listings to connected marketplaces. You confirm that you have the rights needed to provide that material.
Keep your own copies of important photos, records, and reports. Information handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Acceptable use and ownership
Do not use GrimLister for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful activity; list prohibited or counterfeit items; bypass account or usage limits; access another person’s data without permission; or interfere with the Service’s security or operation.
GrimLister’s software, branding, designs, and original materials belong to GrimLister or its licensors. You receive permission to use the Service for its intended purposes while complying with these terms. These terms do not transfer ownership of the Service to you.
9. Third-party services
Connected marketplaces, payment providers, and other third-party services have their own terms and policies. Their availability, fees, permissions, and rules may change. GrimLister is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by eBay.
10. Availability and account restrictions
We may update the Service, perform maintenance, or restrict access to address security risks, misuse, nonpayment, or violations of these terms. Where reasonably practicable, we will explain a restriction and give you a way to contact support. These actions do not remove any refund or other rights required by law.
11. Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free output, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and protecting your own records.
To the extent permitted by law, GrimLister is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Service, including lost profits or business opportunities. This does not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability or consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Updates to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service changes. We will post the updated version and effective date here and provide notice of material changes through the Service or by email. Changes apply prospectively. Where required, we will request your consent.
