Help us find the right fix
Include the email address on your GrimLister account, what you were trying to do, and any error message. A screenshot, listing ID, or receipt number can help.
Please do not send passwords, sign-in codes, or full payment card details.
Subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds
In the web app, open Settings → Plan & listings and select Manage billing when available. If you cannot access billing or need to cancel, email us for help.
For a purchase sold through Link, you can also manage your order in Link or contact Link support about a payment or refund. For product issues or refund requests, contact GrimLister with your account email and receipt details.
