Understand the Free accounting allowance
Free members choose which inventory and recent sales to keep actively managed.
How to do it
- Open Accounting to see the items currently being managed.
- If you reach the Free allowance, choose which eligible records you want to keep updating.
- You can pause an item to make room for another.
- Open Plan & listings if you want to compare Free and Pro.
Good to know
Free manages up to 25 inventory items or items sold in the last 30 days, including imported, manually recorded, and GrimLister-created items. Choose which items to track. Older sales stop counting automatically and remain readable and exportable. You can pause an item to make room for another; paused records stop updating. This is an ongoing allowance, not a one-time import or monthly reset. Reports include selected records and saved history and may not represent your entire business.
