Check your credentials and the account email before submitting a request.
How to do it
- Open the GrimLister sign-in page.
- Check that you are using the same email address you registered with.
- Use the Forgot password option when needed and follow the reset email instructions.
- Check your spam or junk folder if the email does not arrive.

- Never share password-reset links, sign-in codes or passwords in a support request.
