Keep the bin numbers you already use
Enter a SKU exactly as it appears on your inventory. Leading zeros stay intact: 020 remains 020. Multiple items can share the same bin number, so you can reuse the same card for every item stored together.
Print one card or a whole batch
Choose One bin, Numbered batch, or My bin list. Add an optional prefix, start at your own number, and print up to 100 cards. Use your browser’s print dialog to choose paper settings or save the sheet as a PDF.
Add shipping details to the photo card
Optional pounds, ounces, and box dimensions appear clearly beneath the SKU. Photograph the card last for each item, with the text readable and the entire card in the frame. Leave shipping fields blank when items in the bin need different boxes.
Scan the bin when it is time to count
Open Inventory Audit in GrimLister and scan the card, select a bin, or type its number. Review the photos and titles, mark items found or missing, and save a completed audit. Your audit records what you found without changing live eBay listings.

Can several items use the same SKU card?
Yes. A card can represent a shared storage bin. Photograph that same card after each item stored in the bin.
Do I need an account to print cards?
No. Card creation and printing are free. Sign in to GrimLister to use the QR code with your private inventory.
