The short answer
Grimmy is GrimLister’s personal listing companion. Publishing activity builds progress, earns XP, and unlocks wearables and spaces. Choose a manageable listing sprint or goal to give your next session a clear finish line; earned levels and rewards do not decay.
Choose a finish line you can actually reach
A tote full of inventory is an unclear task. A sprint of three, five, or ten listings is specific. Choose the size based on how much preparation the items still need and the time you have available.
Keep listing quality in the goal. Finishing a title quickly is useful only if the category, condition, photos, price, and shipping are also ready for a buyer.
Make the progress visible
Grimmy turns earned activity into XP, levels, and unlocks. Customize his appearance with the wearables you earn and watch the available spaces grow with your progress.
The reward belongs beside the real outcome: more accurately described inventory available to buyers. It is a way to make a repetitive task more satisfying, not a promise of sales or revenue.
Fit the routine to your week
Consistency can mean a few planned sessions each week. It does not have to mean being in the app every day.
- Choose a small listing target for a normal day.
- Prepare photos in a separate block when it helps.
- Review ready items before starting another large batch.
- Use the app’s time-away settings when you need a break.
- Return to your earned levels and unlocks without starting over.
Use the pile to choose the sprint
Look at the items waiting in your Death Pile and select a realistic group. Pick products with known identity and manageable shipping when you need a quick win, and reserve a different session for research-heavy finds.
The free Death Pile Planner can help translate a weekly pace into a backlog estimate. Your actual progress depends on completed listing work and how much new inventory you bring in.

Common questions
Do I lose earned rewards if I take a break?
Earned levels and rewards do not decay. You can return to the progress and unlocks already associated with your account.
Does completing a listing goal guarantee sales?
No. Goals support your work routine. Demand, pricing, condition, listing accuracy, and fulfillment still affect whether an item sells.
