The short answer
Create a GrimLister account, connect your eBay seller account in Settings, and confirm your selling policies and location. Add a complete photo set, prepare the item, check every listing detail, and choose Post to eBay when you are ready to publish.
1. Connect your seller account
Sign in to GrimLister and open Settings to connect eBay. Complete the eBay authorization flow and return to the app. Confirm the selling policies and item location you intend to use.
If eBay authorization or a required policy is missing, finish that setup before trying to publish. Connecting a seller account does not remove eBay category requirements or your account’s selling limits.
2. Add a complete set of item photos
Choose New item for a single product or Batch Upload for a session containing several items. Include full views, readable identifiers, included accessories, and relevant wear.
If you use a SKU card, keep it in the correct photo sequence and check the values it supplies. Make sure an internal reference card is not included among the final buyer-facing photos.
3. Prepare the item and open its review
Start preparation after the photos and grouping are ready. Return to the Listing Bank to find the prepared item and open it for review.
Check identity, title, category, condition, item specifics, price, and shipping. Correct information from your inspection or testing instead of accepting a generated guess. Save your edits before proceeding.
4. Choose what happens next
A completed review does not itself make the item live. Publishing and scheduling are separate actions with their own result.
- Choose Mark as Reviewed to save the review and put the item in Ready to Publish.
- Choose Post to eBay in the review flow to publish now when all requirements are complete.
- Use the scheduling option from the listing workflow when you want a later start.
5. Confirm the result
Wait for the send operation to finish and check the resulting status. Open the eBay listing to confirm the visible photos and details. Put the physical item in its recorded location.
If the app reports that the outcome is uncertain, check eBay and the item status before attempting another publish. This avoids creating duplicate listings for the same item.
